Dialogue - A Community Resilience Session
On December 1, 2024, the Afro-Caribbean Society of Northern BC (AFCAS) hosted its first Black Faces Anti-Racism Project (BFARP) event, a community dialogue focused on resilience and unity. The session brought together individuals from the Black community to discuss shared challenges and collaborate on solutions to address issues impacting them. Participants engaged in meaningful conversations, offering valuable input that will help shape the future of the project. Funded by United Way British Columbia, the event provided a vital space for building connections and fostering positive change within the community. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to this important conversation!
