To wrap up 2024, AFCAS, through the Black Faces Anti-Racism Project (BFARP), funded by United Way BC, hosted a vibrant End-of-Year Lime—an event filled with connection, reflection, and celebration.

The gathering brought people together to share experiences, enjoy great food, and celebrate Black culture. Our Story Circle encouraged participants to engage in shared storytelling, while fun group activities and interactive games kept the energy high. A special photo booth with anti-racism props captured meaningful moments, and the lively beats of Afro-Caribbean music created the perfect atmosphere for celebration.

More than just an event, this Lime was a reminder of the power of community, culture, and joyful gatherings. As we move into a new year, we look forward to creating even more opportunities to connect, uplift, and celebrate together.
